The female half of the couple we were with last weekend had a breast reduction done back in Sept or Oct and I didn't even notice to look at her. I could feel them a little but I didn't think anything of them. She was so sexy (inside and out) that no little silly scar was going to take that away from her. I've had major abdominal surgery from a botched appendectomy that runs from my belly button all the way down and there is one area that is a little dimpled where I had a huge infection once. It's noticable but not a thing I can do about it so I don't let it get me down. I've always worn bikinis and am sometimes asked about my second belly button but it's never made me feel less sexy. But I've had it since I was 10 so I don't know anything else. If someone is so particular that it would bother them then they aren't anyone we should want to be with.
