Don't give it any concern. Really.
It wouldn't bother me one bit to be playing with a woman who had scars. I asked Mr LM and he said the same thing.
If it would make you feel better, maybe mention the fact that you had breast reduction surgery to people you are considering for play, then when the clothes come off, they won't be surprised and you'll be more comfortable knowing they were told.
