Under some of circumstances you describe, the Bible would require sexual relations. (Genesis 38:6-10) Furthermore, under HR.3799 and S.2082 (don't just believe me, look them up on thomas.loc.gov ), any local government official (mayor, perhaps even dog catcher) could require you to perform the duty of screwing your widowed sister-in-law.
