I had mine done about 5 years ago.
Best thing I have ever done.
I have had teeth cleanings that hurt more than that.
The doc told me to show up about a half hour early and I could get a valume.
So I did. It definately helped.
Once we got into the room it got a little uncomfortable. Apparently it was intern day and they had a bout 8 people in the room to watch the process. :slam"
When they got me in on the table they asked me if I wanted to watch.
I told them I dont think so.
So they put a blue sheet up at my waist.
Then came the only painful part.
THE NEEDLE!!
He told me it was going to hurt and it did!!
But only for a few seconds.
But he had to do one for each nut.
After that he gave it a minute or two and asked me if I felt anything.
I told him no.
He said good it must have worked because I am squeezing your nut right now!
After that I had a dude sitting in a chair by me talking to me about the weather ot whatever and before I knew it they were done.
The whole thing took about 45 minutes.
After that the doc said to by a few bags of frozen peas and swap them out on my nuts to keep the swelling down. He recoomended peas because they tend to form to your package better than ice.
He also said do not lift anything heavier than a 12 ounce can for at least a week. ( Lucky for me thats what size can my Beer comes in

)
I followed all his directions and never had any discomfort or problems.
I would reccommend it to anyone.
Everyone I know who did have problems admitted to lifting something heavier than they should have.
