We have been to the Green Door here in Las Vegas twice and I have to admit to being a bit disappointed. Most people are indeed there, not to swap, but to watch or be watched. I would say that the 5% you state would be accurate.
Our next place to visit is Couples Oasis which is a private couples only club which sounds a bit more promising. Of course, I'm sure there are some who will be there only to watch and be watched. Everyone is looking for something different. But I feel the percentage of those who are looking to swap will be a bit higher than 5%.
