Given that this thread is about starting out as a bi-male, the subject of complications is surely a pertinent one. After all, BandJ1968 asked for suggestions and experiences to "help us avoid mistakes". The question of blood donation in the context of potential infection (one possible complication of bi-male activity) is one that therefore fits, IMHO. In any case, even if a new thread to discuss the issue was merited, the attack was not.
