I have to keep reminding myself, not everyone lives where I did. Sorry about that.

Average office visit with my family Doctor is $35, $45 if he writes a script. If I go here (I moved to B'ham last year) it's well over $100 just for the visit. But, I try to see my family doctor when I can. Long drive, but I make it twice a month already.

Engaging my brain first helps also
