Measuring "C-to-D" appears to be cheating. I have yet to see a woman penetrated with a scrotum.

But I agree with Brit Pair about "E-to-F". I (unfortunately) know a couple of 6-foot penises. (Um, 1.8 meter-penises for our European friends)
