like your wife i have stretch marks on my stomach (not from having kids jsut a part of life) and last year i had my appendix removed and now have a 5 in scar on my side that i cant stand. I think its ugly. But i have come to the conclusion that if i dont think about it and or care about what other people think Im alot happier and i can go with the flow and no one says anything about. No one can be perfect and if some one wants that then they are just self centered jerks and we dont need people like that :-)good luck
