My husband and I have discussed it alot. I usually swallow as he says it means alot to him if I do. To spit it out is to reject him, in his mind. There are times when I'm stroking him and he tells me he's gonna cum, he expects me to take it in my mouth, yet I let spew on my breasts or something like that. It surprises him, but it stirs things up a little!
There may be reasons why some women don't swallow. Don't take it personally guys. I for one, was molested for years between the ages of 2-7 by a 16 year old boy. He forced me to blow him everyday.
