Ok I know this may sound strange to some of you but i used to swallow everytime for hubby but when I was preagnant with our third child it made me soooooooooooooooo sick to swallow I felt like throwing up if i even thought about it. So now I am just starting to do it for him again but only when I feel in the mood so to speak. So I guess my answer is somtimes.
