I wouldn't sweat it.
In our case, there's a woman who I 'service' on a regular basis while her husband and my wife watch. She's extremely fun to be with both in and out of the bedroom. The fact that she's larger than average is irrelevant to me. It's who she is and how she screws (among other things) that's important.
Bottom line, forget about it and just have fun.
