The talk was very risque but it was just that, all talk no action. Damn!
As to the original question, there shouldn't be any problem. Just think about what your doing incase there is some "pervy" behaviour. And definitely refrain from inside jokes. That is a great way to get someone to pay more attention and possibly pick up something.
As Vjklander said, it is a vanilla event and your natural reaction will be to behave as you do at any vanilla function.
