I've only encountered one guy ever who refused. Although it's hard to say if others didn't or it just didn't happen in our particular case. In the one case I reference it was a LTR and guy just wouldn't. But he had no problem with me going down on him on a regular basis. Luckily for him I enjoy giving BJ's.
At any rate it was about 3 years in before he finally would and in that particular case it was immideately following a shower. We were in a hotel room and he tied me to the hotel bed and shaved me clean then ate me for the first time. That is still such a great memory.
That was also the beginning of my shaving days. Prior to that I had a wild bush... no wonder he wouldn't go down on me (I think looking back).
Regarding who's better, men vs. women. I've only had one woman who did it right. But I think that like everything, everyone has their prefs on how it should be done and I'm a bit different. I believe that when servicing the same sex we tend to do the things that we like done to ourselves.
