My wife is 48 and several months ago was having fun with 25 year old at a meet and greet. It was off-premise so they never really got naked together though he did invite us to a hotel party (he managed the events there) that was in a few weeks. Alas it never came to be as we could not make the party. She did enjoy the attention!

While we don't actively seek out younger couples (or single men either) if the opportunity is there I think she would go for it.
