Seriously though, we share the same concerns, but I think it can be addressed pretty well by just taking your time up front to get to know someone a bit.
The good thing with MFM is that there is no shortage of guys and guys are far less picky than women, so odds are eventually you will find someone who "fits" well and isnt a clear and present danger
we picked "other" b/c neither of us really have a threesome fantasy that is so strong. We've always played separately so the biggest curiosity for us would be MFMF
