Sure we do take breaks .... Our family life and "traditional" friends is more important. At least once a year one or two porlonged week-ends with swingers in a French resort, and few evenings in clubs... (for past 7 years)
Going out to the cinema, restaurant, or to non lifestyle friends is fantastic too )))) !!!
"Lifestyle" is just an aspect of our lifes ))) We feel like having the right balance sofar ...
