While I've not had the pleasure of a threesome, I will say one thing. Even if myself and the wife had the kind of money these cost, and even if she was willing to let me order one, I wouldn't, not for a "threesome," not for any reason.
Why?
Because the best part of sex (yes, I know, my experience is limited to one woman, and I married her!) is the other persons reactions to what you're doing. When you're hitting just the right spot, with just the right motion, and she's begging you to not stop, keep going, oh god OH YES! and clamps your head firmly between her thighs as you keep going, giving the little doggie bark / whimpers until she's begging you to stop for a minute and let her rest. THAT'S what makes sex great. The reaction of a "Realdoll," would be, shall we say, significantly more, restrained.
I suspect it'd be the same for the ladies, with a male Realdoll. Why not just get a good dildo to put in, while you suck off your man? It's cheaper, and easier to hide when your Mother comes to visit.

As TnT commented, though, I could see (depending on the club) an on-premise having a couple Realdolls (say one of each sex?) As people get "looser" as the evening wears on, the "games" would start.
