I could see this as an option for a couple who wants to have a threesome, but doesn't want the possible negatives of doing so (or the trouble of finding an extra girl) - what I don't see is another person replying to a single guy and his real doll. I'm betting if he's gotten any responses they've been from other guys!
His post reminds me of the movie "Lars and the Real Girl" which if you haven't seen, you should. It's not a comedy as you might think but the story of a really lonely man.
