There was this guy a few years ago who, in an attempt to encourage my wife and I to join him and his wife in a bit of play, sent us pictures of his penis with a catheter tube stuck up it. Explained that his wife was a registered professional nurse and was experienced in installing and removing this kind of equipment. I will not judge on the possible degree of pleasure this might gain for a person. Didn't appeal to me.
