Not a turn-off, per se, but the payoff isn't worth the investment in time. If I meet a partner who likes anal sex (and has had enough anal sex to make it relatively pain-free), then I'll do it to make her happy. But I've met plenty of women who could barely fit me into their pussies, there's no point in me venturing to an entirely different arena for the pursuit of tightness. And, to be honest, I think that some things should be saved for committed couples (and their regular partners) and not splashed out for any new partner who may arrive.
