You know, until we joined the Lifestyle, my tans-as-soon-as-the-sun-hits-his-skin husband was bothered by the fact that I couldn't tan- I burn, horribly, then it fades back to white. So even (especially!!) when we go to the nude beach I slather on the SPF 60 (or higher, if I can get it). Since we've been playing, he's come right around to appreciating my lily-white skin. He's finally realized that there's nothing wrong with it, and in fact, he's heard so many compliments for it that he's figured out that it is possible NOT to be a deep mahogany and still look good. All depends on the person. (AND non-sun-damaged skin is sooo much softer to the touch!)
And worse than bruises- big red mosquito bites- all over my stomach- that will teach me to hoe (in the garden that is) for an hour and a half the other night!!
