I really feel lucky that I have such a great wife. This is a really exciting time for the two of us but it just wouldn't be the same if we both didn't have the deepest respect and love for each other. We know each other so well and she really went out of her way to ensure that both of us were comfortable as I tried to go out of my way to communicate my approval. It's difficult to present that side of the story without spending too much time on details that mean a lot to me but maybe not to the audience reading.
The sex isn't the part that MAKES the event for us. The sex is just the physical side of an emotional encounter that we are sharing as a couple. You really have to open yourself up to the experience and as the emotionally guarded creatures we tend to be; you just never know how either of you are going to feel up until that exact moment. We are both really happy with the way it turned out.
My wife and I have our first couple "date" tomorrow night and while we may all just walk away as new friends. We wouldn't change anything we have done.
