We were just talking about this with our friends yesterday! I can understand why couples would reserve kissing for just between them, it is a really intimate thing, and maybe they just dont want to share that with someone other than their primary partner, but for me personally, I love to kiss, and I would just feel strange lying there under my partner refusing to kiss him when his face is two centimeters from mine!
It seems kinda insulting to me.
