Uninhibited is definitely the word for it. While I can have rockin' multiple orgasms without squirting a drop, it's even more intense when I do. I have no control over it, but it's way more likely when I'm feeling completely uninhibited.
As for the mess .. . yeah, it can be annoying sometimes. But we just keep a stack of towels handy by the bed, and we're good to go.
I've yet to have a complaint from any of my play partners . . . even the ones that got soaked!
