Like many things in alternative lifestyles it really depends on who you ask and how strick they interpert things. I guess if you wanted to pick nits you could say FFM might would have interaction between the females and FMF wouldn't but I think you'd be setting yourself up for confusion. My own rule is when in doubt ask what someone means as not everyone uses the terms the same.
