I can only say for my body, I am capable of squirting. Often several times in one session of sexual play. I can not make it happen. But I can keep it from happening if I pay attention and focus my energy and the attention elsewhere at the beginning of the sensation. And here is the tricky part for me. It is not an indication of an orgasm. It can happen just as a physical act (the fluid letting go) without any release of orgasm. The reaction from partners runs the complete spectrum. As a side note, under the right set of circumstances I will find myself squirting during masterbation. The amount released will be less then with a partner. I attribute that to no internal direct stimulation when I am alone.
