Interesting situation. I think normally, most here - including us - would advise against going using prostitutes because of a host of legal and health issue. Nevada, however, is different. Indeed, HBO has an occasional feature on a Nevada brothel where all kinds of people, including couples come in. Of course, our objection would simply be the cost...lol. If you are both on the same page, just looking for the sexual encounter, etc, than we see no reason why you shouldn't give it a shot to see if it works for you.

As you note, that takes care of the wmw situation. For the mwm fantasy, you'll still have to go the traditional route of clubs or ads. We saw in the news that Heidi Fleiss was trying to get a male brothel started in Nevada but not sure how that turned out.

I think most on this board would be curious where you have been looking. To have played for a year 1/2 and not found a couple or single to play with (and yes, the single woman is hard to find!), seems curious. Perhaps those on the board can offer advice on better clubs, better online sites, etc.
