Out of all the couples we have met in the last 3 some odd years we have only ever met 1 couple that was into that situation. Where all the male did was watch and his wife would play with other couples.
I wouldn't just randomly ask couples at clubs if they would want to do that either, you may get a lot off pissed of responses or get laughed at in the face. That's what we saw happen at a club we frequented when this one couple came in trying to find the same thing you are looking for.
