It's a legitimate concern! Just remember if they're walking around naked, it's okay to look---unlike in a vanilla situation where you might turn away if someone had a dress malfunction. In our local clubs, most people have clothes on around the dance floor, but skirts get raised up so there are glimpses, depending on the women there many times there are topless dances, and occasionally a stark naked person/couple will pass through on their way from one playroom to another.
