"Swinging places" have two advantages over Internet sites or personal ads: You can have a face to face meeting with your target and you can assume that your partner for the evening is actually interested in meeting a couple.
Of course, this is assuming that your (you and your wife's) desire is to have a one-off. Otherwise, my personal recommendation is for you to find a pet website, then make your intentions known to the regular posters. One hint, though: Make sure that your site is appropriate for your desires.
