Yea, Mrs. GT saw this story this morning too.

I think it is important to keep in mind though that this theory is based on only one study of about 350 people, about 25% of which had HPV show up in their tumors. Personally, while I think it is alarming enough to warrant more study, I think it is a little soon to make conclusions or for all of us to become orally celibate. I have also noticed that since this was released, some are now calling for boys to get the HPV vaccine as well as girls. Again I think it is a little early for that.

Frankly, I think this is one of those times that we will have to wait and see. If it goes like most other std related things do now days, it will be blown way out of proportion before long, in the scramble to get funding to research it.
