I appreciate that it's the naughtiness (or is that nastiness?) of your wife taking another man's semen inside her that's turning you on, but I've got to agree with JC and Naughty A: there's not much eroticism to be found in STDs, especially HIV and AIDS.
If you intend to continue down this road, for both your sakes you need to find a playmate who you can *medically* certify is clean - bearing in mind that 100% certainty is a hard thing to come by.
