Please I don't understand the meaning of this last sentence... Are you saying You want to encourage Your wife to have sex withouth the use of a condom or encouraging her to have sex only with the use of a condom ?
For the first aspect I am not sure how You then could react if You learn later that she has get AIDS while having fun with no protection. Sex is fun but doesn't not mean that it's more fun if we encourage our partners to have insecure sex... but it's just my opinion.
Untill now even the three therapies can delay the apparition of the first syndromes but they do not cure... at least this is what french doctors say and generally death is the issue
