Well, I masturbate a lot as a part of foreplay; my husband loves to watch, and I get a pretty big kick from him watching, frankly. That's usually 2 or 3 times a week there.
Otherwise, by myself, maybe twice a week, sometimes more. Mostly when he's at work, and I'm feeling lazy and self-indulgent.
My husband says he hardly masturbates to orgasm anymore, because he is trying to keep up with my appetite for sex! We're both 50.
