Well, let's see now... not that I'm actually admitting to masturbating... but if I were to do that, it would be quite often... more so when my wife has her 'cycle'.
Seriously though, when I was younger, it was MUCH more often. I still wake up with erections, but I've slacked off on taking care of every one of them.
I have gotten my wife off with just my fingers, so I guess that is mutual masturbation.
Not sure how often she does, I'll have to point her to this thread and see if I can get her to fess up...
