As others have said, it's very common on the first go round.
If she liked him, do encourage her to give him another chance. The first time meeting anyone, even in the vanilla dating world is chock full of nerves.
It's very hard to find someone you're attracted to and hubby is ok with, so it's worth it to give him another go.
