A nice way of saying that you are on your period is just to say "Sorry but I'm broken". At less that what women and my lady half says during that special time. That just the guy or couple the opportunity to tell you that he can fix you, that is if you are into sex during that time.
Now I had sex with my lady half during her period but most times we just waitted for the 3 to 5 days (I think). I really didn't like to have sex with her during that time. Now we nevr have to worry about that little problem again.
