For me, it would depend on the type of party it was. If it was more of a Meet n' Greet/off-premise party, I'd go and just have fun hanging out & meeting new folks. Any play below the waist would be off limits for me. And of course, we'd let folks know right off.

You should do whatever you're comfortable with. Just make sure you communicate your situation to others.
