They are very open to comments and suggestions to be sure to let them know what you like/ don't like. I had mentioned about how crowded the profile pages are and how much info is there... which is one thing I never cared for on SN either, and we discussed some options that they could do to change that. Paul & Ann are very much trying to do it BETTER this time around, using everything they learned from the first time around as well as suggestions from the outside.
