I think this could be a potential problem. How is it that an old boyfriend is in the picture?
Did she contact him? Does she have feelings for him? What about protection?

I think you need to talk about the potential issues so that everyone knows the rules.

Just be careful.

Your wife on her own could this just be cheating?
