First off...out right ask. The gauge the response. If they say nope, and there is no tan line from a ring, then ask if they have a girlfriend. They will get shifty if they are trying to pull one over on you. Stuttering, won't look you in the eye, fidgiting with their hands, making excuses. We then promptly thank them for their time and move on down the line.
