As said – it is a public area.
If people did not want to be watched they would not be there. If they somehow were there and didn’t want to be watched then it would be their goof not yours. In any of our public rooms we always had notices posted as to what was appropriate. With us you are not allowed to join but you may move around for better viewing, you may masturbate (not on us), have sex with others (just don’t get near us), you can even request for us to position better for your viewing pleasure (that is sort of the reason we are there).
As I stated though notices are posted so all onlookers know exactly what is permitted. Watchers not only view but also provide security, if a jerk starts up with the loud distracting chatter, the watchers will call security and have them removed.
I was with my husband and three other guys from our group having sex in front of about 12 people. One young couple had never seen this and was all over one another as they watched.
