Our best advice is to be honest -- even with your kids. You don't say how old they are, but our oldest daughter found out about our lifestyle. We answered her questions honestly and succinctly. (She found our profile on AFF-- she's almost 27)

Any lies you tell to try to cover things up will only come back and bite you. I'm curious why you think they would try to hurt you so bad by telling your kids. Are church goers in that area really that vindictive or is this due to an active imagination that you fear they might tell your kids?

There are a few things I'm confused about though... How do you know it was him AND his wife going through six years of email? How do you know they even went through it? I would have no clue if someone went through my yahoo mail because it's not "bolded" anymore and I would have no idea if someone went through it or not. (I actually delete all my mail at the end of the day, unless it's something I really want to save -- it's not saved on Yahoo.)
