At this point in my life its hard to say. The knees went bad 20 years ago but they are still working. The left hip gives alot of pain last couple of years but is doing much better after the last injection they gave me. I have multiple aches and pains in most of my joints thanks to MR. Arthritis.I am also overweight and need to loose at least 1 small person. I have borderline type2 diabetes and am on blood pressure meds so my penis is pretty much useless any more. I have tried the ED pills with no results. So all in all I think I just need a new body. But if I had to choose 1 part it would be a penis that actually works and hopefully worked very well
