I think those that flirt and dance are trying to turn on their partner. I for one love foreplay with women, as well as going all the way, but i have been sneaky with some women who just want light touching, I get them to the point of no return, if you know what I mean, then the change their attitude and want it all the way, at least a few orgasms anyhow.
