Since I have been shaving my pubic area I have tried to determine the best lubricant to use for the least amount of discomfort and to enhance smoothness. Soap in the shower seemed to work well but I was not happy. So I purchases some special Coochie Cream 4 ounces for 5 dollars. After reading the lable and ingrediants and the instructions I determined that the Cream was nothing more than everyday hair conditioner. So I did an experiment and used the Coochie Cream one day and was pleased with the results, then the next used a hair conditioner much like the ones you get in a hotel room. To my pleasing suprise my shaving was the best, smoothest and closest I have ever gotten. Afterward my genitals never felt smoother.
So if you want a smooth shave consider hair conditioner for shaving.
