Well I am 7'' long and just under 6'' around. Funny thing is that for the longest time i thought i was below average. It's funny how guys are so insecure about these things. I would probably not play with someone who was only concerned with size anyway. I agree that confidence is the key and being comfortable and able to use what you've got is more important than size alone.
