I have discussed this with my wife, so these are second hand answers, so to speak.

She says that she does not consider penis size before deciding to go with another guy. It's the personality, the apparent sensuality and the other physical attributes that sway her.

However, afterwards she recalls four memorable penises: the one that was a little too big, and the three that were too small. All of the others were OK size-wise, and the encounter was memorable (or forgetable) for reasons other than penis size.
