My concern is what are we going to do about the guys coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan?

While we hear about the roadside bombs that are notorious for causing head trauma, there are still a lot of IEDs and land mines taking their toll.

Any suggestions as to how we can take care of these poor guys (and women too, I supose?)
